Navigating Heavy Energy in March

March has carried some heavy energy for many people. Between the intensity of a planetary alignment and the emotional pull of a lunar eclipse, it’s not unusual to feel unsettled, tired, emotional, or as though something deep is shifting beneath the surface.

Why the Energy Feels So Heavy
In my experience, times of strong cosmic movement can stir what is already sitting within us. Energy doesn’t create what isn’t there, but it can amplify what needs to be seen, felt, released, or healed.
A planetary alignment can bring a sense of pressure, acceleration, or inner tension. You may feel like life is asking you to pay attention, make changes, or stop avoiding something your soul already knows.
A lunar eclipse often works on the emotional body. It can bring endings, revelations, heightened intuition, vivid dreams, and unexpected waves of grief, clarity, or exhaustion. Eclipses tend to pull hidden things to the surface so they can be acknowledged and transformed.

· What am I ready to release?

When the energy feels intense, grounding becomes essential. You do not need to do anything dramatic. Small, intentional practices can help bring your body, mind, and spirit back into balance.
Here are a few gentle ways to support yourself:
· Spend time in nature, even if it’s only for a few quiet minutes
· Drink more water and rest when your body asks for it
· Limit overstimulation and give yourself space from noise or chaos
· Journal what you’re feeling without trying to fix it immediately
· Use prayer, meditation, breathwork, or energy healing to reconnect with yourself
· Cleanse your space with intention and invite in peace, clarity, and protection
If you are highly sensitive or empathic, this is also a good time to be mindful of what energy you are taking on that may not be yours.
You Are Not Meant to Carry It All
One of the biggest lessons in heavy energetic times is remembering that you are not meant to carry everything alone.
You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to feel. You are allowed to ask for support.
